According to a group of parents and other sources, a bunch of minors and teens under 21 years of age were partying at a friend’s house this weekend. OK, not so bad, except alcohol was being consumed on the premises, and possibly being served by an adult.

They get away with this by creating justification for a “need” to spend that money, then slide it right on into the next budget after convincing themselves that they’re doing a good deed and that’s how you would have done it had you been faced with the same choice.
